He completed his primary education in Antakya Sümerler Primary School and his secondary and high school education in Antakya Kurtuluş High School. He completed his medical education in Adana Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1995 and became one of the successful doctors of our city. Mazmanoğlu, who worked as a general practitioner in Adana for 1 year, studied Reproductive Physiology and Neurophysiology in the Department of Physiology at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine between 1997-2001. Then, between 2001-2005, he received specialty training in the Department of Dermatology at Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine.

As a Dermatology and Venereal Diseases Specialist, Mazmanoğlu worked as a dermatologist in a private medical center in Adana for 1 year. In 2006, he continued his studies by opening his own private practice in his hometown, Hatay. Uzm, which aims to provide the highest quality service to its patients by following the developments in the world in the field of aesthetics and laser, which are developing naturally within the body of dermatology.
