I was born in Tarsus in 1975. I started my medical education in 1993 at "Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine". I graduated from the medical faculty in 1999 and started the residency training by winning the "Marmara University Faculty of Medicine Department of Otorhinolaryngology" in the specialty exam I entered. My assistantship training was completed in 2004 and I continued to work in my department as a "Specialist Doctor". I was entitled to get the titles of "Associate Professor" in 2010 and "Professor" in 2015 at Marmara University.

I personally took part in the training of dozens of assistants, and I did the thesis advisor of many of them. I taught many lectures in Otorhinolaryngology internships of 4th and 5th grade medical students. I have performed over 10,000 surgeries in my life. I have made many presentations at national and international scientific meetings, and I have received many awards in these meetings. I have dozens of scientific studies published in international and national scientific journals. In addition, I have chapter authorship in some medical books.
