Op.Dr Hülya Kula was born in 1974 in Kayseri. After completing his primary and secondary education in Isparta, he completed his medical education, which he started at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, in 1998 and took his place of Medical Doctor. He completed his specialization at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and became a Gynecology and Obstetrics Specialist in 2004.
The specialty training has had short terms of office in various hospitals. She worked at 29 Mayıs Hospital between 2005-2019 and continues her professional studies in her Private Practice.
