Prof. Dr. Mete Kıroğlu completed her secondary education at TED Ankara College, Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. Kıroğlu, who is still a lecturer at Çukurova University ENT USA, also evaluates his profession within the framework of private medicine.

He has shared his experiences in otology, neuroautology and laryngology many times in Turkey and abroad by giving conference panels and courses. Harvard University, University of Pittsburgh, Tufts University, Justus Liebig University of Giessen, University of Toulouse, and Lariboisiere Paris Hospital can be counted among the universities where he worked as a clinical observer in the field of otology and neuroautology.

Kıroğlu has many articles and book chapters published in domestic and foreign refereed journals, has served in various positions in many scientific associations, and is still the President of the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Association.
