Ayşenur Meriç Hafız was born in Ankara in 1975. He graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1998. In 2003, he completed his specialty education in Bezmialem University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology. He became Assistant Professor in 2010, Associate Professor in 2011, and Professor at the same university in 2017. Between 2006-2007, he worked as a Research Fellow at the Head and Neck Cancer Clinic at Cleveland Clinical Head and Neck Institute, USA. Prof. Dr. Ayşenur Meriç Hafız has been working at Koç University Hospital since 2017.
