He completed his secondary education at Konya Anatolian High School.
He ranked 10th in the 1982 inter-university Student Selection and Placement Exam.
He was one of the first graduates of Hacettepe University English Faculty of Medicine and received his Medical Doctor Diploma in 1988 as the third in school.
Between 1988-1993, she worked as a research assistant at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and received her specialty certificate.
Between 1994-1995, Ankara Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Hospital performed it in IVF unit.
In 1995, he started to work as a specialist in Başkent University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
He worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Yale University, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology Department between 1996-1997.
He returned to Başkent University in 1997 and received the Title of Assistant Professor.
He received the title of Associate Professor in 1998.
In the same year, he played a role in the establishment of Başkent University tube baby unit and has been working as the unit manager since this date.
In 2002, he was awarded the Tübitak Incentive Award.
He became Professor in 2005.
Prof. Dr. Hulusi Bülent Zeyneloğlu was the editor of TJOD Magazine, the official scientific publication of the Turkish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics, between 2005-2014. He served as Treasurer between 2005-2007 and as Secretary General between 2007-2011 on the Boards of Reproductive Health and Infertility Association (TSRM Reproductive Health Association). He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors between 2011-13. He has been a Board Member of the Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Association since 2013. He works as a referee to evaluate articles in prestigious journals such as Fertility and Sterility, Human Reproduction, Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology and Journal of Assisted Reproduction.
